1. What does BUILTO do?

BUILTO works primarily with construction, remodeling, roofing and home service companies. Our three current services are AI Search Domination, Revenue-Split Marketing and 24/7 Call Handling.

2. What is AI Search Domination?

It is BUILTO’s AI search visibility service. We improve the accuracy, consistency and usefulness of business information across relevant sources and help businesses strengthen their presence in AI-powered search. Actual AI recommendations depend on the search platform and query.

3. Which businesses does BUILTO work with?

BUILTO focuses on construction and home services, especially residential remodeling, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, general contractors and roofing companies. Eligibility for an individual service depends on the business and its market.

4. How does Revenue-Split Marketing work?

For qualifying businesses, BUILTO arranges marketing under a revenue-sharing agreement. The current program describes a 5–10% share of jobs generated through the arrangement, payable after the jobs are completed and paid. The exact rate, attribution rules and scope are set out in the written agreement.

5. Do I pay for advertising upfront with Revenue-Split Marketing?

The current revenue-split offer states there is no upfront marketing fee or ad spend for the participating business. Qualification and the full terms are confirmed before work begins.

6. What does 24/7 Call Handling do?

BUILTO’s AI call handling service can answer incoming calls, respond to common questions, gather caller details and support follow-up. Appointment booking and integrations depend on the configuration agreed for the business.

7. Can I keep my existing business phone number?

Often, yes. The setup may use call forwarding or another compatible routing method. BUILTO will confirm what is technically possible with your current phone provider during setup.

8. Does BUILTO set up the service?

BUILTO completes the implementation work included in your service agreement. You may need to provide accurate company information, access to relevant accounts or approval for certain changes.

9. How long does it take to get started?

Timelines depend on the service and third-party approvals. AI Search Domination is described as a 90-day campaign; setup times for call handling and marketing depend on the business and agreed scope.

10. How can clients see progress?

Where included with their service, clients can use the BUILTO client portal to review campaign progress and updates. Other updates may be provided directly by the team.
