When you fill out a form on this site or sign up for a BUILTO service, we collect the information you submit — typically your name, business name, business address, email, phone number, and brief details about your business. When you call a BUILTO-managed business phone number, we collect your phone number, the details you provide during the call, and a recording and transcript of the call. We don’t collect personal information without your consent.
3. SMS and Text Messaging
By calling or texting a BUILTO-managed business phone number, you consent to receive text messages from BUILTO or the business you contacted, related to your inquiry. This includes missed-call follow-ups, requests for additional details about the service you need, and coordination of a callback. Consumers initiate contact by placing a voice call to the published business phone number; SMS messages are sent in response to that inbound call.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with anyone for any purpose other than delivering the messages you have requested.
4. Call Answering, Recording, and Transcription
Calls placed to a BUILTO-managed business phone number may be answered by an automated AI answering service on behalf of the business you are calling. These calls may be recorded and transcribed so that your message, contact information, and service request can be delivered accurately to the business owner. Recordings and transcripts are used solely to relay your inquiry and to improve the quality of the service. If you prefer not to be recorded, you may end the call and contact the business by another method.
5. Website Previews for Prospective Customers
To demonstrate our service, we prepare example website previews for local businesses using publicly available business information — business name, phone number, city, and Google rating and review counts. These previews are unlisted, excluded from search engines, and exist only to show a business what BUILTO can build for it. If we’ve prepared a preview for your business and you’d like it removed, contact us at contact@builtogroup.com and we’ll take it down promptly.
6. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to deliver the services you’ve signed up for — building and hosting your website, provisioning and operating your business phone number, answering and routing your calls, and sending you the details of leads and inquiries. We use caller information solely to relay messages to the business that was called and to follow up regarding that inquiry. We don’t sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
8. Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies for basic functionality. We don’t use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
9. IP Address Tracking
We don’t actively track or store visitor IP addresses for marketing or analytics purposes.
10. Third-Party Sharing
We don’t sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties. The only exception is service providers we use to deliver our service — web hosting, payment processing, email systems, and telephony and messaging providers — and they only access information necessary to perform their function. As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You have the right to access, modify, or delete the information you’ve submitted to us at any time — and, as noted above, to request removal of any preview we’ve prepared for your business, or a copy or deletion of any call recording or transcript associated with your phone number.
